2. Services
Stallions Barbershop offers grooming and styling services including haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and related barbering services. All services are subject to availability and our team’s discretion.
3. Appointments & Cancellations
- Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in-person.
- We kindly request a minimum of 3 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may lead to refusal of future bookings.
4. Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment to avoid delays for other clients. If possible, we will try to accommodate you based on availability.
5. Payment
- We accept cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as available.
- Full payment is required at the time services are rendered.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice but will be clearly communicated before service begins.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. If you are not satisfied with a service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to address your concern.
7. Personal Belongings
Stallions Barbershop is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings brought into the shop. Please keep your valuables safe.
8. Health & Hygiene
- We follow strict hygiene practices to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Clients with contagious conditions (e.g., lice, skin infections) may be refused service for health reasons.
- Please inform us of any allergies or skin sensitivities before your service.
9. Code of Conduct
We maintain a professional, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated and may lead to removal from the premises and refusal of future service.
