1. Appointments & Walk-Ins
– We welcome both appointments and walk-ins at all locations.
– Appointments can be booked online or by phone.
– Walk-in clients will be served on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
2. Cancellations & No-Shows
– Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
– No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
– Frequent no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.
3. Late Arrivals
– If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled or shortened to avoid delays for other clients.
– Please call ahead if you are running late.
4. Payments
– We accept cash, debit, credit cards, and mobile payments.
– All prices are subject to applicable taxes.
– Gratuities are appreciated, but not required.
5. Service Guarantee & Satisfaction
– If you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know within 3 days so we can make it right.
– We do not offer refunds, but we are happy to provide adjustments or corrections.
6. Health & Safety
– Our tools and stations are sanitized between each client.
– Please reschedule if you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to contagious illness.
7. Children & Guests
– Children are welcome but must be supervised by an adult at all times.
– We ask that you limit additional guests to ensure a comfortable environment for everyone.
8. Product Returns
– Unopened retail products may be returned within 14 days with a receipt.
– Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
9. Personal Belongings
– Stallions Barbershop & Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
– Please keep personal belongings with you at all times.
